The Bangor Babes started operations in 2024 with the acquisition by Wasabi Ventures Sports Management. The team began to play on June 1st, 2024, and completed the year winning the GNCBL championship in August of the same year.
The Babes provide an elite level of play and facilities to the Greater Northeast Collegiate Baseball League. The Greater Northeast Collegiate Baseball League or the GNCBL, provides some of the best collegiate summer baseball in the Northeast. As a wooden bat collegiate summer baseball team, the Babes attract some of the best collegiate talent in the country.
